Sexing Carpenters Flasher Wrasses?

I just bought 2 Carpenters Flasher wrasses and was wondering how to tell the difference between male and female. I was told that they will flash more w/ a harem. That's why I got two. But as far as I can tell they both look the same and don't flash that much to each other. If they are both male, will the less dominant one change to a female?

They change from Female to male, shouldn't go the other way though.
Males are yellow, Females and Juviniles are orange.

Both of mine look to still be in the Juvinile stage. So should one stay female and one turn male?
