sexing orchid dottybacks

I'm interested in getting a pair of orchid dottybacks for my 75 gallon reef... but how do you sex them? Every source of information says something different. does anyone have any personal experience with sexing this fish?

I think theyre hermaphroditic --check the past dottybacks article in Rk MAG up above

plus there are books written about breeding them in the back of marinedepot/fosterssmith/petsolutions
