sexy shrimp + royal gramma = Not a good idea?

I have a royal gramma that is approximately 3-4 inches...is it not a wise idea to add sexy shrimp in with it?

If I remember correctly, royal grammas are in the grouper family so I'm assuming there is a chance for predation...but ever since I had to remove my cleaner shrimp from the tank, I want to put some kind of small invert back in and hopefully have it not get eaten.

Why would you think it's a bad idea? Royal gramma is a pretty peaceful fish with no inclination of killing shrimp. of course every fish is different, but I think it will be fine.

The royal dottyback on the other hand, looks very similar, and I would not trust with any shrimp.

I guess nobody has tried this before.

I have kept Royal Grammas with a wide variety of shrimps over the years and never had any trouble with them.
