Sfiligoi Infinity XR4 w/ ACLS controller

Let me begin by thanking Will (Aquarium Obsessed) for setting me up w/ these monster lights. Light fixture alone will steal the show for your aquarium setup, but with the ACLS controlling the MH dimmers. It's the cherry on the cake.

My tank dimensions are 60 x 30 x 24 and this Infinity XR4 is 48". It lights up my tank super bright, but only when you look up into it b/c of the Italian reflectors only concentrates the lights on my tank. The lights don't bother your eyes at all when look at the tank.

I have my halides coming on around 9 am w/ right one coming on gradually until the left one coming on to join in on the mornign sunrise. Really cool to see. Same look in the evening when it mimics the sunset effect. Don't even get me started about the cloud similation and the lunar cycle. Super cool toy!

Enjoy the pictures.

I seriously considered the 72" version of these, but ultimately went with an Aqua Medic fixture due to cost. I'm happy with my lights...but man, those are awesome. Other than the cool dimmers and the fact that it looks like a UFO is descending on your tank (that's a good thing btw :D ) I like the fact that it has 2 rows of T5s on each side. On my lights, I have one row, and they're a bit overpowered by the HQI, and I have no real flexibility to change up some of the lighting color if I want. Very cool.

Hmmm...the thing is mine dim over 2 hrs the way I have it setup.....check my webcam out starting at like 3pm PST up to 5pm. link is on my website.

My question is pretty much the same as catastrofe. So, these are the ballast?...So other than this unit, all you would need is a pendant? Thanks.

doesn't dimming tear up the bulb? though i guess replacement bulb costs is nothing once you pony up this kind of dough...
