Let me begin by thanking Will (Aquarium Obsessed) for setting me up w/ these monster lights. Light fixture alone will steal the show for your aquarium setup, but with the ACLS controlling the MH dimmers. It's the cherry on the cake.
My tank dimensions are 60 x 30 x 24 and this Infinity XR4 is 48". It lights up my tank super bright, but only when you look up into it b/c of the Italian reflectors only concentrates the lights on my tank. The lights don't bother your eyes at all when look at the tank.
I have my halides coming on around 9 am w/ right one coming on gradually until the left one coming on to join in on the mornign sunrise. Really cool to see. Same look in the evening when it mimics the sunset effect. Don't even get me started about the cloud similation and the lunar cycle. Super cool toy!
Enjoy the pictures.
