i used a mix of sand and cc.
and it is not a type of spotted snake eel. it is a golden dwarf eel

I got it from a guy that was getting out of the hobby and no its not aggressive at all.

Shawn I just got back from the LFS and yes that is the sand I used (mixed with a little southdown). They also had an eel just like Shanes for $60. I almost got it but I have know idea how well the two eels would get along.

Wow, great photos - particularly like the close up of the hermit crab and the one of your eel with its mouth wide open - jaws is a very apt name. Your gobie is really cute.

ok not much has changed. i got rid of the black clown and put my normal clown in her place. the black clown was beating my orange spot goby up.
but i think i was to late for the orange spot goby. i havent seen him for 3 days
