Shark pics anybody?

Hey Joe,

That picture i showed is one of your sharks. It must have taken a while to get that picture you showed. Very nice timing.
 
Some of you guys are too brave for my taste, lol. Steve, did those black tips show any interest in you?
 
Not really....I was diving and snorkelling with my girlfriend. I figured I only had to out swim her and not the sharks.
 
How many were there, I see at least 2. Why were they so close???? I felt ok with the nurse but, those black tips make my heart pound looking at your pictures! WOW, those are to close for me, I would call that right there "intrest".
 
Tahiti is the shark capital of the world. Every dive and most snorkel ventures, we'd see sharks. The sharks there are very used to people and don't view them as food. There hasn't been an attack in anyone's memory. It took a little getting used to being in the water with somewhat big sharks.....up to about 12 ft. Some dive boats chum for sharks there....so, if they hear a motor....they will come to see if they are going to get a free meal or not.

Those pics are AWESOME!!!! You are so lucky! I cant believe that black tip is so close when you were snorkeling and those two sharks in the dive pic look huge! Once again awesome!
