shed some light on potters wrasse

Very hard to keep...probably not worth trying, if you have not been successful with other leopard wrasses
 
As mentioned if you never had success with any other Leopards or Tamarins don't try this species as your first. One of the easest species of Leopards is the Meleagris.
 
I got mine from an lfs that was already eating. He is dong very well for the last month and eats mysis and reef caviar.
 
I find the potters wrasse to be to other leopards as the Achilles is to other tangs: neurotic and high strung.
 
They are an elusive species as far as success goes. For every success story there are a dozen failures. Interestingly enough, I have heard of more success stories of potters with damaged mouths than undamaged ones.
