Slightly OT since this is a reef site, but does anyone know if this place has amazonia aquasoil? I'm looking for a high quality planted tank substrate and all I seem to be able to find is fluorite.

I don't think I've ever seen Marc being grumpy.
On the other hand, I don't think I've ever seen Al when he's not grumpy LOL

They were bought out and the name was changed to Aquamart

Ownership changed hands as of 1/1/08, so it's been fairly recent. Premier Fish & Reef is now a maintenance business run by Will (previous co-owner of the store). I believe the other co-owner/investor (Jack) sold the store.

Dave (ex Rocky Mountain Reef) still runs the store (possibly as new owner), Jake is still there periodically, the other familiar faces are there as well. Bill is back for those of you that remember Fish Gallery (previously Rocky Mountain Reef ex Hurlock).

Same store, pretty much the same folks, slightly different ownership structure. Same discounts to RMRC and DARC members. Excellent selection of critters!

Aquamart.... I still call it Premier.

honestly i never liked sherman tank. Years ago when i first got into the hobby they where overpriced, overstaffed and all there stuff had problems. most of there fish had ick and where unhealthy. the staff was worse they were rude and not really willing to help and on top of that they really had no clue what they where doing. I watched a girl put here hands into a tank and got hit by a nudibranch and had to be rushed to the hospital. Im not shocked they closed yet again. but that is just me and that was a long time ago. maybe they changed but i doubt it
