why does it say my order has shipped on my account status and when I go to check the status online it says its not there on the postal carrier website? I also got a confirmation email saying it was shipped on the 19 of this month. And when I got on to check again (delivery confirmation) MD only contacted usps now? what gives????

my order was shipped via usps TODAY the 24th of October. what gives?

Thank you for your post, I apologize for the delay, it seems that there was a miscommunication with our systems and the postal system. We normally go to the post office on Mondays, Wednesdays and Friday morning I suspect that your order was placed or received after we had gone to the post office on Friday, If you can provide me your order number I would be more than happy to look into your situation further.
