Hi my name is Victor and I've done some good orders through you guys before never had a problem anyway on the last order I ordered a couple of 250 watt pfo minis some polyfilters and the Tunze magnet holders the smaller ones. My order was on hold for about a week and I had to call you guys, sucks you don't have a 1-800 number by the way , Rep didn't know why my whole order was being held up because of the magnets being sold out. So finally got the rest of my order and was put on a preorder list for the magnets and then I received an email from you guys on wednesday saying my credit card was declined happened last time also you guys had the wrong expiration date. So then I called you back and asked if you could recharge it on Friday because the card needs atleast 24-48 hours to reset the rep went and asked he said that was fine. Friday about noon got a phone call from the same rep telling me that my magnets where shipped out to someone else and if I wanted to be put back on the preorder list if I would have known this I would have used a different credit card but I was told that was fine. Any explanation why this happened. Doesn't seem fair especially since I really need them only reason I wanted to use the same card is because it's my Visa debit card please help Thank you
