shipping live rock...

I've never shipped anything and was wondering how to ship live rock. All suggestions welcome.thanks

the shipper is really personal choice. As for transit time it depends on where you are shipping to. If you are shipping where it is going to stay pretty warm you would be fine with 2 day. But if you are shipping out here to Nebraska where it is 5 degrees right now I would ship overnight and throw in a few heat packs. Oh and dont forget to also pack it in plastic bags so it does not leak.

i have never ordered live rock but was wondering in all the life (snails, hitchickers Ect will survive?)
It is after all -45 C here right now...
