Shipping question

Hi,
I am looking to purchase 20-25lbs. of your live rock. I live close to the Outer Banks in NC and we do not have an airport, however, Norfolk International Airport is only an hour and a half away. Would having it delivered to Norfolk International be better than the other shipping methods? Also, about how much would the total cost be, shipping included?
