Hi there,
I want to thank you for the beautiful Aussie Elegance that is doing fabulously today!
After the loss of the B&G blenny in shipment and reading the thread about the guy who lost a ton of Anthias from diff shipments, I wonder if it would be feasible to provide customers with a shipping statistic -- like, below the care info perhaps the statistic as to what percent die in shipment to the customer from you. I know that this won't make you look great, but in the same token it would be an honest move that would set you apart and would really apply for all companies since you all have some of the best shipping methods.
This might help a customer choosing between two species if one has a better shipping survival rate
Even though you have a money back guarantee, that doesn't save the fish and I would prefer to buy species that ship well.
Thanks again for the great coral. My experience with getting inverts and coral is now 2 for 2 with my green carpet a couple of years back coming in to me in the best of health and now the Aussie Elegance.
