Shipping to limited countries??

Back around mid February I placed an order for a Tunze Stream 6000 and a controller 7095. I am sure I filled in all of the required information on the order form and I did receive a confirmation of order placed.

I have today again tried to place an order but cannot get past the field for country name. I live in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and your country list does not include that country. What am I doing wrong?

Thank you for your inquiry. We have unfortunately stopped shipping to UAE for new customers due to shipping issues. If this is not your first order with us, you can simply put a note in the customer notes section (your correct address) and we can put the order through for you. We will email you with shipping costs shortly after the order has been placed.
