I place an order but I didn't get any email saying when the item will be shipped? Do I suppose to get something saying if the item is shipped or when it will shipped? THanks.

Their orders are controlled off site. I think they run a business day behind. So any orderes placed since Friday will be downloaded from server tomorrow morning because of holiday. Most likely it will be shipped and you will receive an email with tracking tomorrow.

Hi,

We ship the same day as long as the orders are in by 2pm eastern time of that business day. Weekends and holidays are excluded from this. If you didn't get a confirmation email you might check your spam / bulk box, as it may have gotten filtered out.
