Should I dip zoos before adding?

I am with Jordan. You should always fresh water dip corals before introducing them to your tank. I actually use a solution of freshwater with some iodine for the dipping. Some people even go as far as quarantining new corals before introducing them to their tank. But the minimal you should do is fresh water dip (and swish the coral in the fresh water) for at least 30 seconds.

BTW - I learned about zoa eating nudis the hardway as well.

One coral that really warrants a dip is zooanthids. A good dunk and swishing with some fresh water with a pH of 8.0-8.4 ideally matching your tanks. You'll be amazed at all the critters that pop off, especially if a wild colony. Helps fight zoa eating nudibranchs and unwanted mantis and pistol shrimp and crabs!.

I would follow the dip with at least a week in QT. I'm a strong believer in QT for everything. In QT you can keep an eye out for any problems and take care of them before adding to your tank where the problem will spread. Better safe than sorry.

so is a 30 second to 1 minute good enough for a FW dip? Does this include every kind of coral

Yes, and for the most part yes( fish too!), although there are some exceptions. Some LPS and fish dont take to FW dips to well, and in these cases QT should be sufficient.

I'm wishing I had done that. Got a new zoo colony and all of a sudden I keep finding nudi's attacking my prized orange zoos. What can you do to get rid of them.

Dip and 4 weeks QT. Every day during QT, observe the colony looking for nudi's, egg strands or other critters. Once a week during QT, I dip again and look at the colony under my big magnifying lamp thing.

Absolutely anything wet should be in QT for 4 weeks IMO (and others)

What MandM said.

Get separate the zoas from your main tank. Dip, inspect, quarantine, etc. Let any nudis in the main tank die off.

Yellow wrasse has been helpful for some people.

Frag off an unaffected pieces of your nicest ones and isolate them from the rest, in case you can't get the nudis under control.

Although not severe, i didnt dip some zoo's and now i have a butt load of algae eating flatworms in my tank. All they do is eat green algae off the glass and rocks never touching corals (although as a side affect my coralline algae is spreading extremely rapidly), but man do i have a bunch of them. ALWAYS dip, especially zoo's!
