should I get an anemone?

I have a 29 g reef tank with a pair of clowns and 1 royal gramma. 1 yellow fiji, few watermelon mushrooms and 1 duncan with 6-7 heads. I use koralia 4 on the left glass panel, a maxijet 1200 with rotating head on the opposite side. a maxijet 400 on the back panel next to the backback filter. lighting. I am using a 30" sundial t5 HO with 4x24w t5 ho. (2 actinics 2 white).
I used to have an anemone when i 1st started in the hobby 3 years ago and turned into disaster. The anemone kept moving around. probably because the lights. at the time 50/50 power compacts and got mangled by the filter suction. I would really like to have a nice anemone for my clowns. well more for me cause I know that clowns don't really need them. I would really like having one bout would hate for it 2 be unhappy or get hurt. what options do i have? 2 much waterflow or not? enough light or not?
thanks.

Anemones and power heads are not a good combination. Or overflows, or heaters, I don't know what your setup is exactly, but some precautions are needed for nems.

For example, in my nem tank I use a granpa style overfow (no teeth), the heater is in the sump and the only pumps are vortechs with foam guards so they can't get sucked in.

I agree with noboddi. A month ago I had a green anemone sucked into a filter intake that was to close to the bottom of the tank and had no foam filter on it. There are a number of retailer sites that sell anemones that have charts specifying compatibility between clownfish and anemone; I'd recommend reviewing one of these before you buy and consider the difficulty of the species you select. For example, bubble anemones are easier to care for then carpet but if you have Ocellaris or Perculas then the carpet is the one you want. 1geo

A 29 is too small for a carpet though. BTA is the best bet - even if it is not the natural host, most clowns over time will accept it

I will definetly get those foam guards. the maxi 1200 already has one. I just have to get 3 more. I have no heater in my tank. I am in arizona and the tank stays 80 to 83 all year.
thanks guys
