Should I move my Rose

I have a rose anemone, he's on the top of a rock about 12" from my 4 110w VHO's. I'm noticing in the morning before the lights come on he's all opened up in all his glory (about 5" in diameter) but within 30 of the lights coming on he's shrinks up to about 2" and all deflated. He's sitting next to the overflow so he's getting flow and I feed him silversides every 3-4 days

How long has the anemone been in the tank? If it is new, it might not be used to your light intensity. You could put a piece of piece of plastic fly screen between the anemone and the light and see if it stays big longer.

It will move on its own if it needs to. By stressing it and moving it on your own you are taking a big rish on damaging its foot or even cause it to die.
Sometimes when they do this there just adj to your lights. Which did you have first the lights or BTA?

the BTA was in the tank not quite a week when i put the VHO's on
