Should I reseal my tank?

My girlfriend surprised me for my birthday and picked up a used 58 gallon oceanic aquarium for me. I didn't look at the tank before the purchase, it seems as if the tank needs to be resealed. I have never resealed a tank before.

What do you guys think, should I reseal it?

Need to see the inside of the seams. through the glass. If it has a black back that may be hard to do.

That doesn't really look that bad though. It's easy to reseal a tank. Hardest part is masking for straight lines and not gooping silicone all over the place.
