should i reseal

i don't have any bubbles, but i do have some creeping fungus that accumulated behind maybe a 1/8th of an inch. i can slightly peel back the side of the silicone with my finger. tank was bought used, was filled for three years only emptied to start it as a salt tank.
 
It's hard to say for sure without seeing some pics but from the sounds of it I probably wouldn't try to reseal it. U start cutting out silicone u may do more harm then good.

I wouldn't reseal a tank unless the seals where in very bad shape. If a tank is actually leaking then I would just get a new tank.
