Not sure if I should add a blue throat of a pink tail trigger I have many lps corals, a pair of clowns, shrimp goby, blue head fairy wrasse,desjardini tang some snails my tank is 90 gallons

If I were you, I wouldn't. It eats small fish, like shrimp gobies, and needs a minimum 180 gallons. I'd also take the Sailfin out. I'm having issues with having a Sailfin in my 210.
 
A bluethroat or pinktail may or may not bother your coral, but I wouldn't put any trigger in a 90 gallon. As someone else said, a 90 is also too small for that tang.

What issues may I ask? Getting too big? I have a small Desjardini in my 265 and trying to figure out how long it will be before it gets too big.

Yep. He's getting aggressive and I think I'm seeing the hole in head thing starting to happen. I've had him in there roughly 8 months since he was about 1" long, he's now approaching 4". I'm going to be taking out the few fish I have in the tank and treating them with tank transfer and Prazipro just in case.
