Should the RC Mods change our Forum Description???

Ok, so its starting to annoy me... Again, nothing against the TriCities folks, but this is the East Tennessee Reef Club forum... So post your answer and also what you think our description should say... Oh, besides having a link to our club website...

This is what our forum description currently says...

East Tennessee Reef Club
Serving Bristol, Kingsport, Johnson City and the surrounding area reefers, and marine fish aquarists. Come join the fun!

I saw this for the first time last night, loggin in from my laptop without a "favorites" link directly to out forum. I thought WTHeck! It's just wrong info IMO. Shouldnt need a pole. Has Matt contcted them? I will.

Izzy has PM'd the mods with no response. They were supposed to set up a forum for us, and instead, they changed your forum description. If you get anywhere, let us know who you got some satisfaction from. Sorry for the problems this may cause.

So it's Izzy's fault! I thought it had to be something like that (posting wrong club's description). Hopefully one of the mods can straighten it out for us.

Let's give it another day or so (the mods are volunteers after-all), and then we can simply use the "Report this post to a moderator" button if we still need some help.

Its not really a big deal... No need to feel terrible... Just a miscommunication between us and the mods... Besides which, I'd like to see TriCities get their own forum, so I have somewhere else to lurk around in...

I sent a message to the mods two week ago and have been ignored. Perhaps if I posted religious quotes from Reagan in the off-topic forum, I could get their attention long enough to get a response.

Yes it should be changed back. The way I originally found out about the club was by scanning the club listings and saw that ETRC was here. If I had seen the present description I would have never even went to the web page.:bum:
