Show/Aggressive Fish for 180

SO I am moving into a new place soon and I want to get a big new fish tank for it. I have some experience keeping reef tanks but I think I want to try a large predatory fish. I am especially interested in the crustacean/invertebrate eating fish such as puffers, triggers, and wrasses. I am looking for one really cool looking, interactive, and personable fish to keep in this tank. Does anybody have any suggestions? I want to emphasize that I do not mind if I can only keep 1 fish in this tank. So far I have looked into the following...

-Dragon Wrasse(Cool fish but a little drab as adults although the pics I have seen of wild fish have looked awesome. Would love to keep a pair)
-Yellow coris wrasse(Colorful but not sure about personality)
-Lunare Wrasse(Same as above)
-Guinea Fowl Puffer(Awesome fish but may get too big for my tank? Also I would want to start with a small one and I never see small fish available)
-Picasso Trigger(Slow growing and does not look all that colorful as adults)
-Undulated Triggerfish(Read they can be shey and not that outgoing)

Any other suggestions or comments on the fish above?

From your list, I'll say that the yellow Coris wrasse is awesome and has tons of personality. I started with a small juvenile that grew into a full-grown adult in less than a year. Never kept the undulate trigger, but have read that they will tear apart many tankmates.

When I was diving in the red sea this past summer, I saw lots of assasi triggers. I never thought they were very pretty from the pics I saw in books, but they were extremely brightly colored in person. Very beautiful fish, although similar to the Picasso in appearance.

You can look at a few species of eel if you're interested in that. Lionfish are also pretty, but some fish might pick at their fins. Jacknife fish are kind of cool to look at too.

Just a few suggestions...

Dogface Puffer

I like the look of the golden ones. Do you have any experience with them?

Going to stick to wrasses, triggers, and puffers, Not really interested in an eel or lionfish. Aggressiveness is not an issue since I will be keeping the fish by itself but I keep reading that undulated triggers are shy so I will cross them off. Assai are awesome but really hard to find. Could be a good option for a show fish however. Picassos are cool but they are a little too drab to be a show for me. I had one for a short time and loved it. Maybe if I had better lighting it could have looked better?

Guinea Fowl Puffer..Awesome fish, Good personality and pricey. Can be aggressive towards other fish.

I really like the Guinea Fowl puffer. But the size is a little bit of a concern. There is always the idea of upgrading several years down the line.

What's your price range?

I am pretty flexible. SInce the fish will be the most expensive thing in the tank I am willing to save for it. But I want to try to stay under 500. If I go over it must be a fish I REALLY like and im not willing to pay too much more(maybe a couple hundred).

I was referring to Arothron Meleagris. I like them a lot and I think I will go with them or the Red Coris Wrasse. They seem to have the best combination of color, size, and personality.

You can't go wrong with a Arothron Meleagris, that's on my short list of fish to add

So I really like the Meleagris but I am a little bummed I would not be able to grow them from a small size. To me that is part of the joy is growing them up. I am still going to keep them high on my list because they are stunning.

What are you guys thoughts on a clown triggerfish? Tons of color and personality and since it would be by itself there is no danger of it hurting tankmates. Plus I could get it small and grow it out. I would probably have to upgrade to a larger tanks years down the line however im guessing.
