I grew that one from 2 heads up to 12 in about 8 months and then recently it started dying off one head at a time. It is down to one little pathetic head now, about the size of a quarter. And whatever it is that caused it is starting in on my frogspawn. Again about 10 heads grown out from 3 over maybe 5 months, now down to 4.

I have one just like that as well but I never take pictures of my tank so rotary's will have to suffice for mine as well.

But there is no algae on it at all. The head just shrinks and dies.
