A) Alert - This fish cannot be kept with other Angelfish. If you're attempting to purchase two or more Angelfish for the same aquarium it will cause them to fight and most likely one will not survive, so if you're placing an order that has 2 or more Angelfish in it we will have to place the order on hold until we're able to contact you to ensure you're not putting them into the same tank. If you understand they cannot be kept together, but would like to purchase two or more in the same order(separate tanks, group order, etc.) you will need to write in the Special Instructions area at the end of the shopping cart that you understand they cannot be kept together. Tremendous time and effort is put into ensuring the health of these fish and it is very important that you're fully aware two Angelfish should not be kept in the same tank.
i think you'll be okay. just be prepared to move one of the angels if they don't get along. it really depends on the individual fish. just like you can have 2 flames and one will nip at corals and the other won't. at one point, i had 2 hippo tangs. one loved to eat xenia and the other didn't. every fish has it's own personality. coolest combo i ever had was 4 royal grammas in my 90. talk about awesome color! anyway, back to the thread topic.Originally posted by Eclectic Taste
Thanks for your responses and real-life experiences. So would the following be okay in a 75 mixed (primarily fish):
Royal Gramma
Bi-color Dwarf angel
Blue Tang
Clowns (2) + Anemone
Flame Angel
any other
Is the order of addition okay?
P.S. Sorry to hijack the thread, but who better to ask about angels than angel owners?
