nice tank. I had that same kind of toadfish for a long time. I've avoided stonefish, but have come to find waspfish are actually close relatives and may be almost as toxic - I have a waspfish. I should know this - what kind of puffer is that?

Awesome collection Paveking....is the Sohal the brute all make him out to be?

He's some looker!
i tried to put a 6 inch powder blue 4 weeks after i added my 5 inch sohal and he beat the PBT up pretty good i had to take it out. Put he is fine with the naso and yellow but they were there first.lol

I'm just shocked he grew that fast! I thought SW fish grew much slower. I hope my Queen Angel and Blond Male Naso grow like that. They are about 7-9" each now. 16" will be incredible.

I do alot of water changes. to much money to tropic marine for salt ,i do a 50 gal change every 2 weeks on all my tanks. i think they say that helps with there growth. I have a french angel that grew 3" in 6 months will get some pictures of him hes shy, but a bully.

Wow I do a 60g WC on my 240g once a month...and it seems like a major undertaking.....bi-weekly is awesome...my hat's off to you.

"and yes the trigger and lions get along just fine."

For now, I have heard many stories of Clowns "Snapping"

But good luck to you I hope it works out long term. Hope your planning on a MUCH larger tank.

for right now there fine in the tank, there's lot of room for all of them, I should say for right now anyways, in about a year or so might be a different story. if they get to big I'll have to down grade the size of the fish and start over with smaller ones again, which I'm good with.

paveking1, you have a very nice group of fish thier do you get them locally or did you order them from some where else?

LisaD, I pretty sure my puffers a guinafowl

Harley,

I have the same banana eel, canary etc....You probalbly are aware...anyway, I noticed that you asked about feeding it. They do start out timid. I had to train mine with a feeding stick but then he started taking big krill off the ground, and then diversified to silversides too. Now, he eats like a beast, at 2 ft long. It took him 6 months to become a more aggressive feeder and he will steal fish and shrimp out of other fishes mouth. Give y our eel time. Try and introduce some kind of fish to his diet to diversify. He'll come around and eventually be ready for your 240.

TO answer absint reefer ,i buy most of them lfs some i got from my brother in california at lfs & he overnighted them to me . i got my black longnose for 150 everybody here wanted 400 , my dragon eel for 600 here 1200. I like having brother in cal save ton of money on fish & coral.
