I believe these are one of the most looked over fish in the industry. Why? They are such cool inhabitants of a reef tank. I also think they're a pretty smart fish with great personalities.

So if you have 'em - show 'em. (all kinds, not only Lawnmowers)

Nice looking fish. I would love to get an orage spot blenny. here is my bicolor. He is very shy but slowly warming up.

That's my bicolor blenny. He died after about 6 years. I absolutely loved that fish and was shocked when everyone started talking about them nipping corals. He died about 2.5 years ago.

here are some pics of my midnight ember blenny. in these pics he has his "mad" colors on. normally he's all dark blue except the end of his tail which is kind of a grayish white color.

In the saltwater section at Petco I saw the typical clowns and other fish. But then there was this odd looking fish that could dart around and stop on a dime. When he saw me he ran around behind this rock. His two eyes peaked out and looked at me, then from the other side of the rock, then he raced to this other prop and got inside, and kept moving to different holes to peek out at me. I read its name - Lawnmower Blenny. When my tank's ready for fish, this will no doubt be my first one!

I love blennies! This one is the third blenny I've had: a Red Sea Mimic Blenny. First one, bicolor, got killed when DH was taking care of tank. Second one, Midas, jumped out the back. Hoping 3rd times a charm!
