Show off your TANGS!!!

Not a particularly good photo of my achilles Tang....but while he's eating is the only time he slows down enough to get any kind of photo at all!

Lastly, my a. japonicus (White Cheek). Smaller....stays out of trouble...likes to play with the achilles sometimes.

nice pic. Do you have any other pics you could share? How old is he? I'm interested in getting one so just looking for some more info. Thanks.

I'm waiting patiently to add a powder blue when I feel the time is right...tick tick tick

Untamed12 Thanks for the advice. Yes when i had him i noticed he was skinny was feeding a little heavier then normal. I had him in a 90g tank for about a month. I thought bad because he would eventually get to big so i brought him back to the fish store and got my Tennent Tang. Untamed12 what a nice collection of fish you have. I hope to have something like that one day. Love the achillies the most but i love all of them.

gawf4fun cool looking shots love the sailfin.

KEEP THEM COMING!!

Vlamingi looks good. Is he really in a 100gallon tank? Start planning his next home. You've probably got less than 1 year before he gets too large.

I've had my vlamingi for less than 1 year, and I'm already seriously concerned he is outgrowing my 400 gallon tank.

Yep he out grew that tank that pic is about 6 years old, that was actually a 60 gal then he went to the 100. I do have another one now in my 100 and he is about 4" this will be my reason for doing the in-wall 300! lol someday right? I hate to see them go b/c they have so much personality. He would watch me as much as I would him.

I am trying to get some more pictures of my tangs but out of a hundred i just took none of them were good. I might try later.

A question for you guys: Are powder blue tangs very aggresive?, cuz they look really nice and I´ve been thinking on getting one. I already have a blue tang about 2 inches very peaceful and a yellow lemon chocolate tang about 1.5 inches also very peaceful. Its a 175 gal with only 5 fish
