My Vlamingi, hands down the coolest most personable fish I have ever had. He's the best.
My old sohal also in here. Had to get rid of him. Too big of a bully.

frontal facing pbt pic looks really awesome. Those straight on shots are the ones that sem the most difficult to capture.

The Vlamingi was moved to a Public Aquarium In La Jolla San Diego where he resides in a some near 1000 -2000 gallon reef tank filled with SPS, small reef fish and a blue face angel. I had him until he was about 6.5" but hes well up to 10" now. The yellow belly was a friends BT that I was taking care of for a while when his tank crashed but he now resides in a 300 display in a Sushi Restaurant. I currently have a BT, YT, Sailfin T, PT, and tomini.

I like my fish to be well cared for and they get along swell. but lets not assume that everyone can rely on donating fish to public aquariums/ public displays when fish become too large. I spoke with many places but ultimately the aquarium I work at decided the vlamingi would be a great addition to their exclusive Fiji display

AGreed! definitely such an amazingly personable fish and probably the most of all of my fish. Great personality, color, durability, compatability.....
the only downside is their immense ultimate size
but perhaps with a several thousand gallon tank id love another one!
