fish dont get tired from the waves in fact its easier on them than the laminar flow

Do any of you have a picture of how these look on the tank? I'd like to get a couple, but since my tank's back is 1" thick I have to put them on the sides.

My tank is a 48x48x25 cube, so putting them on the sides would be somewhat in the way of viewing the tank. Do you think it would be an eyesore?
