Shrimp arm fell off?

My coral banded shrimp recently molted, and now his arm fell off. The big claw, all the way up to his body is gone, and he's eating it. I'm very concerned and also confused, I'm thinking his eel tank mate did it but the eel would've eaten the claw himself, wouldn't he?

Don't worry, it will grow back in no time. Mine was always trying to pick on bigger fish and they would kick his butt resulting in an arm loss, two weeks later it's back, like nothing happened. Don't know if you have any smaller fish, as the shrimp get bigger, they will try and succeed catching any smaller(weak) fish. Mine had a helfrichi firefish for dinner ones, I got rid of it after that.

Yip. Will grow back at the next moult. Mine also 'dropped' his from stress of being transferred

Mine lost an arm a few weeks ago. Went on va ation for a week and when I got home he looked like he never lost it.
