Shrimp ID?

I noticed this little guy in my TBS only tank about a month or so after I put in the second shipment (9/2006). It is about 1/2" - 3/4" long and appears almost translucent in the body or tail area.
I know that the picture is fuzzy but if anyone out there can tell what this is, I'd love to know!
