My fire shrimp molted again last night, it's the 2nd time he has done this within a month
is it normal for him to molt again that fast???

Yup, that's just fine.
Running iodide in trace amounts of .03-.06 (and not more) is beneficial to shrimps when molting, also for leathers and gorgonians...

It's normal, especially if it is younger. My cleaner shrimp molted like crazy when it was younger. Now he only does it once every 3-4 weeks.

Two times in a month kind of seems "weird" IMO. Sometimes a "spike" makes things happen. (polyp bailout?) Not sure if that's what happen, but it's a definitely a splinter in my mind...

Same thing here, they molt because they are growing. You must be feeding them well. When they grow, they outgrow their exoskeleton so they shed. Good sign they are healthy. My cleaner shrimp shed at least once a month maybe more. Just put in 3 peppermint shrimp to help with nuisance anemones we’ll see how they do.
