Shrinking BTA

Hey RC,


I have a BTA with a pair of true percs hosting. For some reason on random occasion, the BTA will expell all of its water and become very very flat. Sometimes at night and sometimes during the middle of the photo-period.

Has anyone had this happen before?

This is quite common. All anemones do this. You anemone is emitting waste and flushing out its old water chemistry and once its done, it will take in water (inflation).

As long as your anemone doesn't do this too often, then there is nothing to worry about.
