shrinking mushrooms

help....all my mushrooms are shrinking....for the last week they have been getting smaller and smaller.....water prem or still the same...had them for over a year.....did water change yesterday they are still the same or smaller.....the reg ones are the smallest or the most shrinkage seen....the hariry are somewhat smaller but not near as much as the reg one....everything else seems the same....

Maybe there is something in the air. my alk, ph, sg etc tests all come out fine, did a water change and my blue\purply ones are really like mehhhhhhh looking but they aren't melting. just look annoyed. so weird

i was thinking maybe temp flux since its a little chily but we keep the heat on and i have heaters in the tank that stay stable
