After inspecting it again, its already looking a little better. It must just have been changing its water. I guess I freak out pretty easily when it comes to things dying lol. Especially something that costs a weeks worth of gas, hehe

The pictures don't look bad to me. I don't see any stringy looking things, which are generally a bad sign. Can you get a picture or describe where the strings are coming from?
Bubble tips take awhile to acclimate to a new situation. They'll move around, hide under a rock deflate, and generally not cooperate for weeks sometimes until they've reached equilibrium and found a place where the flow and light are to their liking. They also sometimes react poorly to having clownfish take up residence before they've gotten comfortable. Clowns can be a little rough. Can you put a strawberry basket or something over the anemone for a couple of days to let it settle in?
What is your lighting situation?
75 is definitely on the cool end. I usually keep my tanks at around 78-80 and try to keep the fluctuations to a minimum. 72 is too cold for most of the things we like to keep in a sw tank.
