Came home from work to find my candy cane frag had 1 of its 3 heads severely shriveled. I've not seen this before and it happened in less than 12 hours. Last measurements were on June 2nd (sal. 1.026, CA 430, nitrates 20 (always that level even with skimmer and 2 week water changes)kh 7.0 (mine is always low can't raise it ) MG 1400). Those parms have been consistent for several months so no change. The head that is shriveled had been in the process of splitting and growing a new head for over a month and seemed to be doing well. Will re measure parms again tomorrow but should I be alarmed?
