Shutoff

Just wondering if there is any type of a solonoid shutoff that will work with a tunze auto top off I want to run my ro directly to the top off rather than a pump

Yes and no.

In a technical sense, the osmolator can open and close our solenoid 8555.200 but;

The osmolator will as a safety close the valve after 10 minutes, many RO units cannot produce enough to top off a tank in 10 minutes. Further the water will be of low quality as the short run time allows the salts removed to seep back in so the first water produced has a higher nutrient load.

You also will defeat the safeties as you are relying on a solenoid which will likely eventually stick open and result in a flood, since it is stuck, the safety floats signal to close will not save you as it would with a pump.

It is very risky and while technically possible, not recommendable.

How much wire can I extend for the pump? The only place I could put it is about 50 foot from the tank

You could extend it that far with speaker wire, I would use 18 gauge for a run that long, it is overkill but would ensure a good connection.

is there a way to clean the solenoid valve if it gets stuck? I have one and it seems to be stuck open but very little water is coming out?
thanks

You can disassemble it and clean it I use isopropyl alcohol and compressed air, this will work if the cause is a particle or some minerals, but it won't work if the water was acidic and damaged the metal causing some pitting and leaving a void space water can get through.
