shy nem

I bought a BTA about a month ago and put in my nano tank for my clowns. well it wasn't happy because the tank was to new so moved it to my more established tank full of LR,fish and coral. Well it has been hiding ever since I put it in there, it went into the LR and now is only sticking out a little at the back of the tank. Can't get at it at all even to feed it. from what I can see it looks ok but I was wondering if any one know why so shy? all my paraamets are ok, am having a small hair algae problem because of an RO/DI system that wasn't working right but with frequent water changes I'm hoping that resolves soon. any advice would be appreciated.

What are your parameters with numbers?
Was there a signifigant amount of lighting change from tank to tank?
Did yo udamage it while moveing it?

And yet just sometimes they will due this to settle in and get used to every thing!

Thanks,

my parameters are amm-0, nit-0, nitr-o ph- 8.0, alk-9.s.g-1.023 I don't mind it being whee it is, its just so hard to see and my clowns don,t even know it in the tank.

Okay I see 2 SMALL problems with levels. The Ph is at 8.0 which should be at 8.2-8.4 but I think you will be okay! And the salinity could be a bit higher but over all very good parameters!Imo,just wait and give him some time and see what happens!Let me know if there are any other problems!

Thanks,

thanks, I did a partial water change last night for my hair algae problem and raised the salinity a little ( I know, take it slow) and got a phosphate reactor ordered. My nem was sitting right under my feather duster in the rocks so I moved the FD away from it. I wish I could see it though, so afraid it will die on me and I won't know it until it poisons the whole tank.
