Sick acan - Need help!

I have had this acan for 6 months approx. it has been doing just fine until a couple of weeks ago when it didnt open up fully and had its tentacles out all the time..

it can still eat but the colour is gone and some places it's slowly disappearing. there is a couple of heads were it still looks perfectly fine..

does anybody know whats wrong with it? i have other acans that looks fine.. no problems with sps either.. my parameters are fine..

my 90gal had 90 different acans at one time i lost almost all of them i got brown jelly and it went nuts. then i had where the tissue would just slowly disappear scary stuff. im scared of them now i did get a few frags lately though anyway

try dipping it, if that doesnt work cut it as far away from the bad stuff as possible

but theres no brown jelly at all ? its just kinda disappearing .. dip it in what ? freshwater?

Something like this happened to me, I was trying to find the problem and finally a got it, my cooperband butterfly was eating them.

I took the copperband out of my tank and the acan is happy again.

You should observe you fish just to discard a possible problem by this way.

I would try using revive if you haven't already. It has helped wonders for me. I dip every new Acan or coral in it for 10 minutes and then rinsed them in fresh saltwater.

Test magnesium levels! the target is 1300 to 1350 test for alk and calcium ! feed them ones in a wile!!
