Sick algae blennie

I think my algae blennie is sick. He will not eat his brine shrimp and just kinda lays around. All my other fish seem to be fine. Any ideas what could be wrong. Already checked the water. Everything is within normal range. Ph is 8.0. Please help.

what are your nitrates , salinity , temp? Although algae blennies eat meaty foods they are herbivores and need veggies for good health. I had two AB's for a couple years each and lost both for unknown reasons. I always suspected that they did not get enough of a vegan diet.
