Sick anemone?

What's going on with this thing. A week or so ago it's beautiful and now it looks like this. I feed it twice a week. Parameters and corals are doing great. Other than a 20% water change instead of my regular 10% nothing has changed. I dose two part and carbon and have a current orbit marine led.

Hard to tell from the picture but it is normal for bta's to deflate occasionally to expel waste. If it detaches its foot thats when it is time to be concerned.
