sick brain coral

i have a large green brain - it was fine til a few days ago it shrunk up and now i can see some skeleton showing through - whats wrong with it?

normal water params - tank is 3yrs old - 2 400w MH lights - 189 gallon tank

normal water params is reall vague. Is it on the rocks or sandbed? Any fish that might be pecking at it?

post a picture or two from different angles. It is really hard to say with out seeing it, knowing what all is in your tank or if you did something different recently.
