Sick Candy Cane

Hi, One of the heads of my candy cane hasn't been looking to healthy over the past few weeks, the rest of the colony is fine. Any ideas?

Doesn't look that bad. Try to feed it ,that might bring it around!

Looks healthy, has a nice amount of skin below the head, could be ready to split
