My LFS just got a bunch of them in last week - I rather passed on buying anything from that system and will continue to do so for a good while.

This is a fish that must get soaked for a full hour in formalin before added to any system, even a QT system.

I've had two Chromis for years and decide to add two more with on an order from LA. The two Chromis and a male Lyretail Anthias went into one QT and 3 Wrasse into another QT.

One Chromis had Uronema marinum and is gone. I'm very concerned that the others in same QT are next, so far no symptoms. I'm concerned I have contaminated the new Wrasse in my 29 cube as well as my DT while feeding with the same turkey baster!

I wish there was more knowledge as to what I could do to save the other two and QT!

Daily Formalin dips help. It is kind of a brutal measure and quite work intensive, but pretty much the only thing you can do.

I would set up a second QT which is absolutely clean. As soon as it is up and running dose the old QT with 1 ml Formalin 37% per gallon and let the fish soak in it for 45 to 50 minutes. After that time move them to the new QT. Then sterilize the old QT and everything in it with bleach - if possible let it soak overnight. After the first QT is sterilized set it up again to take the fish back the next day (after a formalin bath of course).

Do this routine every day for at least a week and you got a good chance of erradicating Uronema from those fish.
