Sick Clarkii clown

I have a 2.5yr Clarkii clown. For the last 4 months he seems slow and lethargic but able to eat. As well, his belly seems quit thin compared when he used to eat hardily. Twice he seems to have bladder problems floating to the surface. In those two occasions he wedge between the rock to sleep. Yesterday, he was on the bottom of the tank with his body bent. He was breath abit heavy but still responsive to stimuli but not eating ( moved away when i tried to catch him ). No signs of white fugus or split fins. Doesn't seen to be brooklynella. Tank parameters are nominal. What can cause this and how can i treat it ?

Unfortunately, i was too late. He passed this evening. The symptoms were too non specific to determine the cause. Most probably some type of viral or baterial infection. I should have paid closer attention when he started becoming lethargic and perhaps with a general treatment of formulin and copper based medicines. Thanks for the input
