Sick Clown please help!!!!

I have 2 purcula clowns or false clowns. Well ones face seems to be sinking in and there is a little white dot by her head. Also swimming funny at the top of the tank and breathing heavy and not eating. Please help I dont want to loose her or get my other clown sick. I can go to walmart but otherwise wait till the morning about 12hrs from now any advice would be appreciated

WOw....i literally JUST HAD THIS happen. my clown died this morning before i could act on it. noticed the day before. your description matches mine exactly. my other fish is still fine and healthy


i asked on an other board and people suggested brine shrimp soaked in garlic solution (available from LFS) the other suggestion was medicated food.


unfortunatly the fish didnt live long enough for me to get to the LFS

I like garlic too. It tastes real good on pizza. Seriously, get a 5 or 10 gallon hospital, and treat the fish in there with the proper medication, if needed.

Well my clown has moved on to bigger and better things. It happened so fast.I had 2 one the dorsal fin stuck straight up and the other was laid down. the one with the laid down fin died last night.Since then the other with the dorsal fin sticking up isnt eating and the dorsal fin is laid down. does this mean anything, besides that this one is probably sick now. Im going to get garlic in a few hours and mix with brine shrimp. we will see what happens ill post the results
