Sick clown. What is this?

I will be posting the following in several locations....

What is this? He appears to have some kind of infection (likely fungal) in and around his anus and he has not eaten in about three days.

I treated with Seachem Para Guard this morning at the recommended dosage. No other medications are currently in the tank, though he was treated with coppersafe several days ago.

Fungus is rare in marine fish. I would rule that out. Looks like a prolapse that could be infected - I cannot really tell from the pic. You can start antibiotics, it won't hurt. I would also up the SG a bit from you current 1.009 to be on the safe side and not go below 1.008 accidentally.

Broad. Maracyn Plus. If you cannot find it, go for gram neg - Furan2. I have some at home, if needed.

After viewing the shot on my computer I'm going to have to agree with a thought by MarinaP (again.) Organ prolapse. I think the mucous is a result of the irritation.
Slowly raising the SG from 1.009 to 1.021 or higher may be the best immediate solution. I may also add epsom salt as I have treated other swelling this way in the past. I will also get a broad spectrum antibiotic on standby in case I see any redness.

I just wanted to broadcast post the following:
I posted this request for assistance in multiple threads on multiple forums and I wanted to make clear that I do very much appreciate the responses I got both on the threads and in PMs. I got a lot of different perspectives and had to pick a diagnosis and a treatment plan from among them. I tried to be objective in all my responses and hope that I was successful in doing so despite being quite frustrated at the moment. I made a judgement call based on what I've seen, what I've experienced in the past and the suggestions that were made. Whether or not I chose well will be determined in the next few days.
Either way, I appreciate every person who tried to be helpful. Thank you.

Raised the SG to 1.019 last night noticed an improvement this morning. I bumped up the SG to about 1.023 this morning and re-introduced copper because I saw some signs of amyloo returning.... probably as a result of the higher SG.

I have 2 blue neon gobies. They are very useful cleaner fish. They eat all the white spots on my clown fish. I guess my tank is too small for these 2 clown fish. They keep getting white spots like ick once in a while. However, these bobies have been very helpful and I still have my clowns for the last 6 months

I went straight to the LFS yesterday to pick up some Maracyn Plus after work. On returning home I found that the swelling/mucous/whatever was back to the same condition that it was the morning prior. So, after a rather fruitless Google search on whether Coppersafe and Maracyn Plus could be used in conjunction, I sided with semi caution and dropped a carbon filter cartridge in the filter and dosed the Maracyn Plus. He was not interested in live brine last night or this morning.
He looked about the same this morning as yesterday morning. So, I just covered the tank again and didn't bother with a picture.
I'm not hopeless, but getting more concerned. He just swims in one spot against the current. Not much I can do with that but wait it out and hope the antibiotics do something miraculous.
