I have had a clarkii clown for 3 weeks on the middle stripe it looks bruised or rotted and the tail looks like its starting to tear. its been eating ok today but swimming almost sideways any help on this problem would be appreciated also my water is in good condition my ammonia is at .25 ppm eveything else is 0.0ppm

If your ammonia is at 0.25ppm then your water is not in good condition!
I'd use a product like Prime to detox the NH3, do daily water changes and keep testing until you see zero NH3 and NO2. Best of luck.

that is way high, start doing water changes and check your filtration. soak his food in selcon or vita chem to help him heal.
