Sick clown

Hello every one ! New to forum and fairly new to the salt water scene. Just got a clown fish that was healthy with no signs of stress, previous owner had him for about 2 yrs. Have no other fish just corals, clown started to host a large torch even though I have a green bubble tip. After only one day in tank fish developed large white bumps on sides, thought maybe it was abrasion from torch body or maybe getting stung , but am starting to wonder as fish is not eating and he is not in the torch any more and white bumps are not subsiding any help would be appreciated .

Do you have a picture? I had a pair of clowns that spent most of their time in a big batch of frogspawn they had marks all over them from rubbing against the skeleton. A pic would help to see what it is though.

Hoping this pic attaches. The clowns injuries almost look like his body meat is swelling through a cut?
